PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyrazolone-based pharmaceutical preparation increasing the concentration of medicinally effective ingredients in the pharmaceutical preparation and improving absorbency in vivo without deteriorating efficacies and effects essential to the medicinally effective ingredients. SOLUTION: The pyrazolone-based pharmaceutical preparation comprises 3-methyl-1-phenyl-2-pyrazolin-5-one and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a complex composed of cyclodextrin and/or its derivative as the active ingredients.
