METHOD FOR FIXING A COOLING SPIRAL TO THE PLATE OF A REFRIGERATING DEVICE

A continuous layer of a heat-conducting butyl adhesive is applied to a cooling spiral (10) in order to produce a heat exchanger element for a cooling spiral (10). The plate (14) of the refrigerating device is then pressed onto the cooling spiral (10), flattening said spiral. Part of the adhesive is forced into the spandrel areas between the cooling spiral (10) and the plate (14) where it forms bead-type strings of adhesive (15) which affect the solidity of the join and improve heat transfer.
