The invention relates to an image wall for projection using narrow-band light sources, especially laser projection. Said image wall comprises a polycrystalline layer that is provided with a surface structure which allows speckle effects to be reduced. Also disclosed are image walls representing a molding of a polycrystalline layer, said molding reproducing the surface structure of the polycrystalline layer.
