PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bulk proliferation of mesenchymal stem cell collected from a patient in a short time.

SOLUTION: The invention relates to the culture medium added with hepatocyte proliferation factor in concentration of 10-100 ng/mL. The invention relates to the method for culturing mesenchymal stem cell culturing the mesenchymal stem cell in the medium added with the hepatocyte proliferation factor and the invention relates to the method for using the hepatocyte proliferation factor as a proliferation potential stimulating substance of the mesenchymal stem cell.
