PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply device arranged in a transom of a building and using natural force. SOLUTION: In this air supply device, a similarly laterally long rocking blade is rockingly fixed to a shaft in a communicating passage in a laterally long air supply duct for communicating the inside with the outside of the building by a support shaft inserted via a bearing attached to the outside of the air supply duct; and a closing port is arranged in the middle of this communicating passage to be constituted for blocking up this communicating passage by a support shaft lower part among the blade when the blade reaches a preset maximum run-out position toward an indoor outflow side opening part; and a sealing member is arranged in this closing port peripheral edge part.
