PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To invent a machine capable of generating a suction type artificial tornado, since there are no experimental apparatus and device of a suction type tornado, though there exist a generating apparatus and a device of a cyclone type tornado, due to requiring an artificial tornado generating apparatus and a device for providing data on the tornado for predicting the tornado and developing a disaster preventive technology. SOLUTION: A centrifugal fan 2 for rotating by a driving motor 1 is arranged in a case 3. An air current separating plate 5 is arranged on the whole surface of the centrifugal fan 2 for dividing an air flow sucked in a central part of the centrifugal fan 2 and an air flow discharged from an outer peripheral part. A suction port 6 is arranged in a central part of the air current separating plate 5, and a discharge port 4 is arranged in a circumferential part. A shape of the discharge port 4 is formed by applying an inclination so that a discharge air current is obliquely discharged in the same direction as spiral rotation of the sucked air current.
