PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency when analyzing a communication state related to a specific air conditioner by receiving communication data from a plurality of air conditioners via a communication network. SOLUTION: The communication state analysis system is provided with a communication data collecting device having a receiving means for receiving the communication data from the communication network, to which a plurality of the air conditioners having a communication circuit are connected; a storage means which stores the communication data received by the receiving means together with the reception time in a form of digital data; and a transmitting means which selects the communication data of the specific air conditioner from among the communication data stored by the storage means, and transmits the communication data other than the selected communication data to a reproducing means for reproducing the communication states at time intervals corresponding to the reception time. The communication states related to the specific air conditioner can be efficiently analyzed from the communication data, which are received from the communication network, by such a communication state analysis system.
