<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved bypass system without giving much trauma to a patient. <P>SOLUTION: The subject conduit is employed to provide a blood flow pass between a heart chamber and an adjoining vessel, and equipped with a conduit body having the first end, the second end, and a lumen extended between these ends, and a tip end part which is attached to the only one end and can be folded back to the first component and extended to the second component, and the size and the shape of its tip end part are formed for holding to the blood vessel during extending.
