PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield connector for miniaturizing by decreasing the number of components and by making a connector housing smaller. SOLUTION: A shield outer tube inserting part 1A of a connector housing 1 is mounted on a shield outer tube 21 of a shield member 2, locking protrusions 10 are each locked to locking holes 26, guide grooves 11 are each inserted into guides 21A, a contact terminal 41 is mounted on the terminal mounting part 5 of the housing 1 and a lance 8 is locked to the contact terminal 41. Thereby, a displaying part 1B of the housing 1 is protruded from the tip end of the tube 21 and a connector engaging part A-1 is structured with the displaying part 1B and the tube 21.
