PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical-diffusing device which can continue a normal diffusion operation for a chemical such as an insect pheromone over a long period without being affected by a setting environment. SOLUTION: This chemical-diffusing device 1 has a support 2 vertically disposed on a chemical-diffusing area, a chemical-diffusing case 3 attached to the tip portion of the support, and a chemical-diffusing mechanism 4 disposed in the chemical-diffusing case 3. The chemical-diffusing mechanism 4 diffuses the chemical in the inner space 3a of the chemical-diffusing case 3. The chemical-diffusing case 3 is provided with side plate portions 6 to 9 each having a ventilation portion formed by arranging fins 25 at a constant distance, and the chemical diffused in the inner space 3a is outward diffused through these side plate portions 6 to 9. Since the fins 25 are outward and downward arranged at an angle of 45 degree, the invasion of rain water from the side plate portions 6 to 9 can be prevented to ensure a good ventilation state.
