A flood control system includes a protective wall chamber system (10) integrated into a river dike. A fitting system (11), adapted with the protective wall chamber system, runs in parallel with the direction of river flow. The systems are added with pressure walls (12) formed with water flow openings (14,15), water exchange pipes (16) equipped with stop valves (17), dike and pump protective chambers (18,20) with respective entrance pits (19,28), suction and pressure pumps (21,25), suction tubes (22,26), and pressure pipe systems (23,27).
