<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming-call charging control method and an incoming-call charging control system for achieving the incoming-call charging service between IP telephones whose carriers are different. <P>SOLUTION: In a telephone network, the IP telephone 1 connected to an IP network and the IP telephone 2 connected to other IP networks can be connected each other via exchangers 6, 7. An incoming-call charging control device 12 acquires the incoming signal station code of a connection destination device and the call signal station code of a connection source device from each connection source device used for call connection, when the incoming-call charging service originates a call. The incoming-call charging control device 12 searches for a table in which the acquired signal station code corresponds to carrier information, and acquires the carrier information corresponding to the call and incoming-call signal station codes. The incoming-call charging control device 12 acquires a charge rate corresponding to call and incoming-call side telephone networks predetermined between respective carriers, based on the carrier information for calculating the call charge between respective devices to be connected.
