摘要 <p>N-(N-Phenyl-piperazinoalkyl)-1-benzyl-1H-(1,2,3)-triazole-4-carboxamides (I) are new. 1,2,3-Triazole derivatives of formula (I), including enantiomers and diastereomers, and their salts are new. R1 : H, alkyl, phenyl or phenylalkyl; n : 1-4; R2 - R6, R9 - R13 : H, OH, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkenyl, alkynyl, phenyl, phenoxy, phenylalkyl, halo, CF3, alkylcarbonyl, phenylcarbonyl, phenylalkylcarbonyl, alkoxycarbonyl, phenylalkoxycarbonyl, CN, NO2, NH2, COOH, SO3H, sulfamoyl, sulfonylamino, alkylaminosulfonyl or alkylsulfonylamino; or two of R2 - R6 on adjacent C-atoms may complete a 5-7 membered oxygen-containing ring; R7 : H, alkyl or phenylalkyl; R8 : H or alkyl. Independent claims are included for the preparation of (I). MECHANISM OF ACTION : alpha 1 Adrenergic receptor ligand; dopamine receptor ligand. In receptor binding assays N-(5-4-(2-methoxyphenyl)-piperazin-1-yl)-pentyl)-1-benzyl-5-propyl-1H-(1,2,3)-triazole-4-carboxamide (Ia) had Ki values of 9.5 nM, 3.0 nM and 7.3 nM respectively for the D2(long), D2(short) and D4 dopaminergic receptors.</p>
