<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide carotenoid-containing feed for fishery or stockbreeding excellent in an antioxidative property and biological safety, containing a phenolpropanoid compound originated from natural plants such as ferulic acid, caffeic acid, sinapic acid or γ-oryzanol, and/or phytic acid as an antioxidative stabilizer in order to stabilize antioxidation of the carotenoid essentially compounded in fishery or stockbreeding feed for restoring its original color. <P>SOLUTION: The carotenoid-containing feed for fishery or stockbreeding contains at least one kind of compounds selected from the group comprising the phenolpropanoid compound and the phytic acid as the antioxidative stabilizer for the carotenoid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
