PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that no less than 3 pipe lines including a circulation pipe line for circulating a liquid to be treated, a supply pipe line for supplying an untreated liquid (to be treated), and an air supply pipe are required, that both circulation pipe line and supply pipe line require pumps as power sources for sending liquids in the above case, and that in particular breakdown may occur early because an absolute requirement concerning a pump to be used for such circulation pipe line is mixing a liquid with air. SOLUTION: Oil contained in drain water is separated by supplying both drain water and compressed air from equipment 20, equipment 30, and equipment 40 via a venturi tube 90 composing a drain vessel 60 into a main drain vessel 61 composing the drain vessel 60 for storing drain water so as to generate microbubbles 60b and causing oil contained in the drain water to adhere to the surfaces of the microbubbles 60b so as to cause oil to surface together with the bubbles.
