PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer controller capable of efficiently acquiring data from a plurality of clients having different transfer speed. SOLUTION: This data transfer controller has a request destination path control part 72 receiving data transfer requests of a plurality of DMAs 51-55, and transfer-controlling the data of the DMA to a transfer destination; and a timing controller 71 masking the data transfer request from the client of a first group and outputting the data transfer request from the client of a second group having low priority order to the request destination path control part 72, when a data transfer frequency or a data transfer amount of the client of the first group having high priority order becomes a prescribed frequency or a prescribed amount.
