PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body suitable to a flexible print substrate or the like with little dimensional change which can be a factor of the generation of curling or warpage depending on a change in humidity environment. SOLUTION: The laminated body has a polyimide type resin layer on copper foil in which a low humidity expansive polyimide type resin layer with a linear humidity expansion coefficient not more than 20×10<SP>-6</SP>/% RH and a linear thermal expansion coefficient not more than 25×10<SP>-6</SP>/°C is contained in at least one layer of the polyimide type resin layer. When the polyimide type resin layer is contained, the laminated body has a multilayer structure containing at least two layers of the low humidity expansive polyimide resin layer and a high thermal expansive polyimide type resin layer with a linear thermal expansion coefficient of at least 30×10<SP>-6</SP>/°C, and further the high thermal expansive polyimide type resin layer is formed by contacting with the copper foil layer.
