PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply observe through a visual sense by himself/herself on real time that the hemocytes and plasma components in vivo flow inside a blood vessel. SOLUTION: The subject method for observing the biological blood flow is to observe the image of the blood vessel of a micro-circulation system underneath the mucous membrane of an oral cavity by a PC or a TV monitor via the mucous membrane of the oral cavity by magnifying and displaying by a simple reflection illumination type optical microscope system having a magnification of more than 100.
