The support frame has two sets of wheels (1), rear one is connected by horizontal axle (3) while front one is connected by crankshaft (2) whereby a connecting rod (4) is employed across them. The seat (8) is supported with two arc shaped axle pipes (7) and supporting flexible rope (5). The whole arrangement can be driven by any desired means e.g. human force, motor or engine.
