PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a soft adhesive surface which enables easy reopening/reclosing of openings of an unsealed food bag and an unsealed article container so that an inside can be temporarily cut off from outside, and which is attached/detached in a frequently repeated manner, by using a soft adhesive tape and a soft adhesive coating. SOLUTION: This reopenable/reclosable soft adhesive container is constituted by laminating or applying the soft adhesive tape and the soft adhesive coating onto a surface for closing the vicinity of the opening or a surface for fastening an article.
