FIELD: medicine; dentistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing teeth to be splinted moving from chewing surface to equator level forming a common dumbbell-shaped cavity on contact surfaces, wall and flat bottom of which are set in perpendicular to each other and connected to each other by means of composite material. Appropriate dumbbell-shaped splint is manufactured from gold-plated metal gauze. The dumbbell-shaped splint is fixed with glass-ionomer-resin cement in the cavity, walls bottom of which are etched with acid and covered with adhesive layer. Dental crown is restored with chewing teeth restoration system according to enchiridion. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in building monolith lateral dental unit; high resistance to vertical and horizontal loading.
