FIELD: mixing loose and liquid materials; construction engineering; chemical, oil-refining, food-processing, pharmaceutical and other industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed mixer has housing with branch pipes and covers, shaft mounted perpendicularly relative to axis of housing in its middle portion and mixing unit made from tubular members and arranged inside housing. Mixing unit is made in form of coil provided with device for feeding heat-transfer agent or cooling medium; housing may be turned through angle from 160 to 210° relative to vertical. Housing may be installed for cyclic turn through angle lesser than 180° and then more than 180°; it may be provided with jackets and branch pipes. ^ EFFECT: extended functional capabilities of mixer; improved quality of mixture due to heating or cooling components to be mixed. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
