PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for easily and quickly searching and reusing a processed document. SOLUTION: This image processor is provided with an appearance data generating part 21(appearance data generating means) for generating appearance data based on the plotting appearance of a processed document, a document information preparing part 22 (classification information generating means) for preparing classification information for classifying the processed document from the appearance data, a data file storage processing part 23 (storing means) for storing the data file of the processed document and the classification information in the storage part 6, an appearance information input part 15 (input part) for inputting the appearance information of the processed document desired by a user, an appearance information conversion part 29 (appearance information conversion means) for converting the appearance information into the classification information, and for outputting the classification information and a retrial part 26(retrial means) for retrieving the data file of the processed document matched with the outputted classification information from the storage part 6.
