PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device which prevents occurrence of noise due to metal contact between slats of a shutter curtain when the shutter device is wound up. SOLUTION: The shutter device functions to open/close an opening of a building by winding/unwinding the shutter curtain 1.
