PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power unit capable of efficiently receiving fishing tackle. SOLUTION: This electric power unit 10 is equipped with a casing 11, a battery main body 12, and a tackle box 13. The battery main body 12 is arranged in an inner bottom part of the casing 11. An electric power outlet 18 is positioned on an outer wall surface 19 of the casing 11. The electric power outlet 18 is joined to the battery main body 12. The tackle box 13 is equipped with receiving chambers 27 to 29 and a receiving chamber 30. The fishing tackle to which stains, odors, etc., are adhered by being used is received in the receiving chambers 27 to 29. A fishing line drawing hole 21 is positioned on the outer wall surface 19 of the casing 11. The fishing line received in the tackle box 13 is drawn through the fishing line drawing hole 21.
