<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of installation space and construction in existing solar heat pump systems, which require a hot water storage tank of large capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A chemical heat storage type solar heat pump system comprises a first storage container 8 for a heat storage medium, a first heating means for decomposing or separating the heat storage medium, a cooling means 6 for cooling at least one of the decomposed or separated heat storage media at heat storage, a second storage container 7 for storing the heat storage medium cooled by the cooling means 6, a second heating means 6 for heating the heat storage medium storing heat at heat radiation, a heat generation means 2 for recombining the heat storage medium storing heat to generate heat, a heat pump cycle, a solar cell panel 9, a heat collection means 10 for collecting heat from the solar cell panel 9, and a heat medium passage 11 capable of heat exchange with the heat collection means 10 and second heating means 6 and for conducting a heat medium.
