PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional tuner circuit employing a local oscillator and a frequency divider that reception is disabled due to production of a frequency range wherein there are frequencies unable to be oscillated within a tuning voltage variable range because of presence of frequency regions wherein a tuning voltage of a single tuned filter and a double tuned filter differs from a tuning voltage of the local oscillator. SOLUTION: The tuner circuit includes a local oscillator 56, frequency dividers 57, 66 and a tuning voltage converter 74 to convert a tuning voltage of the local oscillator 56 outputted from a PLL circuit 73 into a tuning voltage of single tuned filters 52, 62, and double tuned filters 54, 64, so that the tuner circuit can receive a broadband channel including consecutive VHF broadcast bands and consecutive UHF broadcast bands.
