PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a capacitor with which a dielectric with thin and uniform thickness can efficiently be obtained and a short-circuiting defect and variations in capacitance can be reduced. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the capacitor 10, the dielectric 21 is arranged between a first metal electrode 11 and a second metal electrode 31. Dielectric slurry S1 is cast in a sheet shape on a metal 12 for serving as the first metal electrode 11. Thus, a dielectric green sheet 22 is formed. A conductor 32 for serving as the second metal electrode 31 is formed on the dielectric green sheet 22. The dielectric green sheet 22 is calcined and sintered. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
