PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vital reaction discrimination device which can be early used by shortening a preparation period and is capable of rapid discrimination without requiring time for data analysis and is capable of accurate discrimination without combining a plurality of kinds of data. SOLUTION: Care items resulting from itemizing states of life actions are set. A vital reaction detection means 1 is provided which detects actions per care item by sensors installed per care item. An input information storage means 2 is provided where outputs from the vital reaction detection means 1 are inputted and stored per care item. Meanwhile, a discrimination information input means 6 is provided which preliminarily inputs discrimination information per care item.
