PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy radiation-curing resin composition which is excellent in applicability and adhesion to a substrate and contains a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer. SOLUTION: The active energy radiation-curing resin composition comprises the urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer [A] obtained by reacting a polyol compound (a1), an allophanate-modified polyisocyanate compound (a2) and a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylate compound (a3).
