PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device advantageous in lowering a floor, suppressing deterioration in a ground camber of a wheel at the time of turning traveling, and improving steering stability. SOLUTION: A front end portion of a trailing arm 3 is coupled to a vehicle body through bushes B1, B2 forming rocking shafts extended in a vehicular width direction. An upper end portion of the shock absorber 2 is rockably coupled to the vehicle body, and a lower end portion is coupled to an axle member 1 through bushes B3, B4 forming rocking shafts extending in the vehicular width direction. The axle member 1 is coupled to the trailing arm 3 through bushes B5, B6 forming rocking shafts extending in a vehicular fore-and-aft direction. In a view in the vehicular fore-and-aft direction, a line L2 perpendicular to an axis C2 of the shock absorber 2, and an axis C1 of the rocking shaft relative to the vehicle body of the trailing arm 3 are made to intersect each other at an intersection point positioned inside in the vehicular width direction in regard to the axle member 1.
