PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Rail to Rail amplifier with a plurality of same polarity differential pairs which are possible to output high precision outputs over all range of supply voltage. SOLUTION: The amplifier is provided with a differential amplifier 101 which comprises a plurality of 1st conductive type differential pairs and a 2nd conductive type differential pairs, one of whose paired input is an input end, and outputs the output voltage according to the range of supply power source voltage; a discriminator 102 which discriminates that there is the operation stop of the 1st conductive type differential pairs or the 2nd conductive type differential pairs or not by a predetermined input signal; and a differential pair control unit 103 which stops operation of the 1st conductive type differential pairs or the 2nd conductive type differential pairs according to the output signal of the discrimination part 102.
