<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translation server system by which each of the recipient side of information and an information provider can transfer the information in each mother language, labor for the recipient side of the information can be saved as much as possible, and a communication charge can be reduced by suppressing unnecessary communication, when the information is transmitted from the recipient side. <P>SOLUTION: The translation server system translates a hyperlink document prepared in an original language, and outputs the result to a terminal device 20 having accessed to the hyperlink document.
