PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive image forming method and an apparatus in which a high quality recording image is formed while exhibiting excellent conveyance of recording medium by preventing generation of ink mist due to charged electric field, or curved ejection or nozzle down of an ink ejection recording head incident thereto by simple method, manufacture is facilitated by a simple structure, and integration of nozzle is enhanced. SOLUTION: After charging amount of a recording medium (P) being conveyed is reduced partially, ink (I) is ejected to the recording medium (P) thus forming a recording image.
