PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion pressure detection device more accurately detecting combustion pressure without being influenced by fuel pressure variation of an injector and making a construction compact. SOLUTION: This device is a combustion pressure detection device 1 provided in an injector mounting hole 10 of the cylinder head 4 together with the injector 9 for injecting fuel and detecting pressure in a combustion chamber 6 of an internal combustion engine 2 as combustion pressure, and is provided with a sensor fixing member 22 facing the combustion chamber 6 and provided in the injector mounting hole 10 under a condition where load from the injector 9 is insulated, and a sensor element 21 fixed between the cylinder head 4 by the sensor fixing member 22 and detecting load transmitted via the sensor fixing member 22 as combustion pressure.
