<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of strange noise at a secondary air suction opening part by operation of a secondary air supply device. <P>SOLUTION: In the secondary air supply device 3 supplying secondary air to exhaust gas discharged to an exhaust gas passage 14 after ignition and combustion of mixture of fuel and combustion air filtered by an air cleaner 2 in a combustion chamber 12 of a V engine 1 by an electric air pump 31 arranged in a V bank 11c of the V engine 1, a mesh member 4 is provided at a suction opening part 32a of an electric air pump 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
