PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an cabin temperature by lowering a temperature at the inside of an instrument panel and thereby lowering a temperature on the surface of the instrument panel. SOLUTION: This ventilation device 100 is provided with an inside/outside air switching box 10, vent flow passages 2a, 2b and 2c, air conditioning blowers 11 provided in the vent flow passages 2a, 2b and 2c, an instrument panel vent hole 16, a ventilation blower 14 arranged in an internal space 4 of the instrument panel and having a suction port 15 directed to the instrument panel, a ventilation flow passage 5 of the ventilation blower 14, a first opening/closing door 6 provided in the ventilation flow passage 5, a bypass flow passage 18 joined to the vent flow passages 2a, 2b and 2c and an outside air introducing passage, and a second opening/closing door 17 provided in the bypass flow passage 18.
