PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sealed letter paper for an application, which is provided with duplicate paper, and which prevents pieces of paper from being shifted from one another, in the case of continuous paper. SOLUTION: In a paper body where addresses of service institutions and the like are printed on a front side and where an application detail space is provided on a backside, a fold and cutoff perforated line is provided in the center, and perforated lines are provided along its four sides. On the backside of the paper body, sealing adhesive parts are provided along the outside of the perforated lines on the three sides, except the fold and cutoff perforated line on either of two divided pieces. A side edge of the paper body is provided with an adhesive part, so that at least one duplicate paper can be bonded. The duplicate paper is provided with an application detail space corresponding to the application detail space of the paper body, so that copying can be performed. A release agent application part is provided in a position corresponding to the sealing adhesive part on the backside of the duplicate paper directly superposed on the paper body.
