<p>Beverage (I) from aromatized materials, especially beers, comprises mixing of ethanol (85.5%), saccharose (9%), natural beer flavor (0.1%), caramel sugar syrup (0.03%), saponin (quillaja/liquid) (0.02%), isomerized hop (0.1%), liquid malt aroma (0.2%), hop oil (highly viscous liquid) (0.1%) and gluten-free dextran (2.2%) to obtain a gluten-free concentrate and is added to water in a ratio of 18-20%, cooling and carbonizing. Beverage (I) from aromatized materials, especially beers, comprises mixing of ethanol (85.5%), saccharose (9%), natural beer flavor (0.1%), caramel sugar syrup (0.03%), saponin (quillaja/liquid) (0.02%), isomerized hop (0.1%), liquid malt aroma (0.2%), hop oil (highly viscous liquid) (0.1%) and gluten-free dextran (2.2%) to obtain a gluten-free concentrate and is added to water in a ratio of 18-20% (where the adjustment of the pH value to 4.4 and elimination of the turbidity results by thorough mixing of approximately 3% lactic acid in water quantity of 9%), cooling and carbonizing.</p> |
