<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for pulverizing soft-shelled turtle eggs intended for preventing eggshell from spoiling palate feeling. <P>SOLUTION: This method for pulverizing soft-shelled turtle eggs comprises washing soft-shelled turtle eggs followed by crushing with a crusher, mixing eggshell with albumen and yolk by using a stirrer, separating the mixture into hard eggshell and liquid albumen and yolk in the eggshell through solid-liquid separation, freeze-drying the products, separately crushing the eggshell and the mixture of albumen and yolk to a powdered state, bringing the eggshell powder to a sufficiently fine powdered state, and uniformly mixing the eggshell powder, albumen and yolk powder with high-speed crushing to reduce the soft-shelled turtle eggshell, albumen and yolk to complete powdering.
