<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advance payment system for a home deliver service allowing a purchaser of a commodity to carry out advance payment via a personal computer or a cellular phone. <P>SOLUTION: A sales agent 1 sends advance payment service application information to an advance payment center 2 to previously register it. A purchaser 3 opens a Web page of the sales agent 1 for ordering a desired commodity (d1), and a person in charge at the sales agent 1 generates order information to send it to the advance payment center 2 for registering it (d2). Based on the registered order information, the advance payment center 2 transmits a payment request mail to the purchaser (d3). The purchaser inputs credit card information through a payment URL of the mail for performing a payment procedure (d4). The advance payment center 2 transmits an authority demand based on the credit card information to a JCN 5, receives an authorization result, and transmits it to the cellular phone 5 or the personal computer 4 of the purchaser 3 (d5). Simultaneously, a procedure completion mail is transmitted to the sales agent (d6).
