<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat radiation characteristics of a terminal box for a solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal box comprises a plurality of terminal plates 30 for electrically relaying between the plus electrode and minus electrode of a solar cell module and a cable 60 for external connection that corresponds to both electrodes, and a substrate 11 on which the terminal plates 30 are provided side by side. A bypass diode 50 is bridged across the corresponding two terminal plates 30, for preventing reverse flow of a current. Since a resin package 51 which defines profile of a bypass diode is directly placed on one terminal plate 30 among corresponding two terminal plates 30, the heat generated by the diode chip is efficiently radiated from the terminal plate 30 through the resin package 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
