PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice data communication system protecting security on voice data when the voice data is transmitted together with facsimile transmission; and to provide a voice data transmitter and a voice data receiver.

SOLUTION: When an MFP 10a receives electronic mail attached to the voice data, a voice data storage section 208 stores the voice data and a control information storage section 209 stores control information related to the voice data. When the MFP 10a receives voice data reproduction instructions from an operation panel section 200, a security processing section 207 compares self-security level stored in an environment information storage section 211 with a security level indicated on the control information. When the high self-security is found, a loudspeaker section 201 reproduces the voice data. Otherwise, the loudspeaker section 20 reproduces the voice data in accordance with a reproduction method indicated on the control information.
