<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drain water drops in an electric connection box without accumulating them in a casing. <P>SOLUTION: The electric connection box 60 principally comprising a casing 20 having a drain outlet R at a lower part and containing a circuit board 11 is arranged vertically in an engine room. The casing 20 consists of a frame 21, a metallic heat dissipation plate 53, and a cover 55. The frame 21 has a profile copying the outline of the circuit board 11, and seats 27 and 28 for fixing a lower connector 30 are projecting inward from the inner circumferential side of longitudinal walls 22 and 23. Water drops tend to accumulate in such a protrusion, but since the upper surface of the fixing seats 27 and 28 is provided with drainage bevels 27A and 28A and tilting downward, water drops are not accumulated at that portion but drained from the drain outlet R. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
