PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish compatibility between securing the stiffness of the car body front structure in normal service and enhancing the impact relieving performance to a colliding body. SOLUTION: A fender 14 is fixed to an apron upper member upper 26 through a rib EA material 54, which is furnished with a plurality of ribs 56 installed at certain intervals in the car front-rear direction.
