<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stretch the body of a user by gripping a grip and hanging the body, to take exercise of rotating the waist with the muscular fiber in the waist and back and the joints in the stretched state while reducing the burden on the waist and feet, and to take stretching exercise of calves and training of the musculus psoas major. <P>SOLUTION: The fitness apparatus comprises a leg part 15, a frame part 11 fixed to the leg part 15, the grip part 12 formed in the frame part 11 for the user to hang the user's body with both hands gripping the grip part, and a turnably formed footrest part 13 for the user to put feet on when the user hangs the user's body with both hands gripping the grip part 12.
