摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-destructive test device and test method, for a processed article capable of being incorporated in production, especially for a membrane/electrode junction body used for a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: This test device 1 for detecting a defect inside the processed article 5, 6 and specifying a position thereof has: heat sources 2, 7, 13, 14; sensor devices 3, 10, 11, 12 for measuring temperature distribution of the surface 8 of the processed article; and an evaluation device 4 connected to the sensor devices. The processed article and the test device are disposed such that they can relatively move in a direction R parallel to the surface exposed to heat, and the sensor device measures the temperature distribution along a line crossing the direction R of the relative movement, so that the defect is detected by the test device extending along the line downstream of the heat sources in a view from the direction R of the relative movement, and the position thereof is specified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
