An attachment line sheave for a forklift truck is provided to minimize interruption of a view angle of a driver by enhancing an installation structure of an attachment hose sheave. An attachment line sheave for a forklift truck includes a fixing bracket(20). The fixing bracket fixes an attachment hose sheave(10) on a mast assembly(3) and includes a coupling part and a supporting part. The coupling part is coupled to the mast assembly. The supporting part is vertically elongated downward from the coupling part and rotatably supports the attachment hose sheave. The fixing bracket is arranged tilting at a certain angle for one of a chain sheave and the attachment hose sheave to get a view angle of a driver.
