The flap has a membrane foil (1), which is held by a cross bolt (11) and fixed in a locking device (10) as a part of a housing (6) by a brace (7) and a locking hole (9). The housing is fitted on a pipe side with a sealing washer (12). The membrane foil opens towards a top along a direction of an air stream (14) and closes in an opposite direction of flow by pressing a sealing washer (4).
