The carousel comprises of a rotor, an inflatable support structure, a transmission system, carrying and supporting ropes (3,4), a base (1), a carrier structure including a transport system for person on-board the carousel. A control equipment is included for driving and controlling the transportable and buoyant carousel using solar power. The transport system includes buoyant seats (27). Wind energy conversion for driving the carousel is performed by modifying the orientation of the wind drive surface areas of the carousel. |
